Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for Automation Sustaining Engineering KPI which is MTBA, OEE, machine downtime, Quality and Preventive maintenance. Ability to support on hard down machines and assist technician to troubleshoot the machine. Ability to support on machines improvement in term of productivity and quality. Ability to support Agile document creation and update. Able to support offline / online when production line down or crisis issue. Qualifications REQUIRED: Bachelor / Master in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic / Mechanical or equivalent field. Knowledge in process engineering and automation is preferred SKILL: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze and understand problems and conceptualize solutions. Need to have a passion, determination to uncover root cause and derive long term solution. Excellent communication and collaboration skills Good communication skill. Expert in excel and power point. PREFERRED: Familiar in computer system & computer network. Familiar with SECSGEM and Robotic Control System (RCS) will be advantages Familiar in MS Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook.
