What You’ll Be Doing Design, build, and test ServiceNow catalogue items Develop and support automation workflows Document solutions and processes clearly Collaborate with team members to deliver user-friendly, self-service solutions Continuously improve automation to enhance user experience and reduce manual effort What We’re Looking For Education (preferred): Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (nice to have) Preferable Technical Skills: ServiceNow Entra ID & Active Directory Exchange Online Workflow design JavaScript, C#, HTML, CSS Soft Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills Self-driven with a proactive mindset Curious, eager to learn, and solution-focused About our Early Careers Programme As a graduate, you’ll be supported by our dedicated Early Careers Team throughout your first 12 months.
