Description Duties/Responsibilities: Work closely with robotics engineers to integrate gripper systems seamlessly with robotic platforms. Ensure compatibility and optimal performance of grippers within the broader automation framework. Provide technical support for deployed gripper systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary repairs or modifications. Develop preventive maintenance plans to ensure long-term reliability and functionality of gripper systems. Maintain detailed documentation of gripper designs, testing procedures, and troubleshooting processes. Create user manuals and training materials for internal and external stakeholders. Implement and adhere to quality control processes to ensure the production of high-quality grippers. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement. Clean, configure, and repair gripper modules to meet production demands. Required Skills/Abilities: Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills. Works well independently and with others. Good communication skills. Organized with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent 2 to 4 years’ experience preferred Manual machining experience preferred Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods standing and walking. Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service machinery. Must be able to visually inspect machines. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Requirements
