Job Description Identify automation opportunities across our ERP landscape and evaluate impact on cost, time, and operational efficiency. Design, build, and maintain lightweight microservices (Python/FastAPI or Go) to connect our systems via APIs and enable reliable internal data flows. Troubleshoot and operate automations and services in a cloud-native setup (GitHub, containers/Kubernetes, logs, alerts). Collaborate with HR, ERP, Finance and Supply Chain teams to understand process requirements and translate them into technical workflows. Document process flows, data mappings, and best practices for long-term maintainability. Contribute to the development of our automation roadmap as we scale into new tools and processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical/analytical field. Hands-on experience building backend services (Python/FastAPI or Go), working with APIs, and handling data transformations (SQL or simple transformations). Experience integrating automation tools (e.g., n8n/Zapier) with internal APIs/microservices; ability to debug integrations end-to-end. Interest in automation tools, system integrations, and willingness to learn. Exposure to any ERP system integration platform (e.g., SAP CPI or Oracle OIC) would be beneficial. Fluency in English. Responsibilities
