OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to own and improve our business systems, automations, and data accuracy. This role will manage integrations across multiple platforms, ensure data reliability, and explore opportunities to implement AI for workflow optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience managing multiple SaaS platforms and integrations
• Strong understanding of automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate, or similar)
• Comfortable with light technical configuration (APIs, webhooks, workflows)
• Detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with QuickBooks, CRM/ERP, or project management platforms a plus
• Bonus: Familiarity with Supabase or other databases

• Manage and optimize the following systems:
• Monday.com, Zapier, Power Automate, QuickBooks, Lovable, Jotform, Supabase
• Domain hosting (emails, DNS, etc.), RingCentral, Rippling, Microsoft Teams, Docusign, Slack
• Monitor and ensure data integrity through routine daily checks
• Build, refine, and maintain automated workflows and integrations across platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues quickly
• Identify and implement AI and process improvements to streamline operations
• Serve as the go-to resource for internal teams on system usage and efficiency
