Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Collaborate with operational teams to reduce costs, optimise service, and maximise profitability for both clients and Europa.
  • Build strong relationships with key client contacts, becoming their trusted problem-solver.
  • Deeply understand the client’s business and industry and communicate their needs to ensure a unified approach.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for clients within Europa’s operations.
  • Serve as the primary commercial contact, ensuring accurate pricing, modelling, and execution, while identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure the client’s voice is heard and advocate for their needs.
  • Hold the operation and clients accountable for meeting Service Level Agreements and commitments.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts, driving accountability on both sides.
  • Prepare and lead monthly client meetings, presenting performance metrics, actions, and timelines.
  • Set and manage meeting schedules based on seasonal demands and new initiatives.
  • Protect Europa’s reputation by fostering trust and collaboration with clients.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to drive long-term success for Europa and its clients.
  • Foster a positive team culture, recognizing everyone’s contributions.
  • Take full ownership of responsibilities, remaining open and honest.
  • Continuously seek personal and team development opportunities.
