The Role Infrastructure Specialists at Kyndryl are project-based subject matter experts in all things infrastructure – good at providing analysis, documenting and diagraming work for hand-off, offering timely solutions, and generally “figuring it out.” This is a hands-on role where your feel for the interaction between a system and its environment will be invaluable to every one of your clients. Architect and implement CACF-based automation solutions for provisioning, monitoring, and compliance Develop reusable scripts and playbooks using Python, Shell, and Ansible Integrate CACF with platforms such as ServiceNow, Jenkins, and monitoring tools Define control objectives and embed automated checks into CI/CD pipelines Collaborate with InfoSec, DevOps, and platform teams to ensure secure automation practices Lead efforts to introduce automated code review and analysis tools (e.g., SonarQube, Checkmarx) Provide architectural guidance for automation scalability, reliability, and audit readiness Document automation flows, governance models, and operational procedures Your future at Kyndryl There are lots of opportunities to gain certification and qualifications on the job, and you’ll continuously grow as a Cloud Hyperscaler. Required Technical and Professional Experience Strong hands-on experience with CACF or similar control frameworks. Proficiency in Python, Shell scripting, and Ansible. Deep understanding of CI/CD, compliance automation, and secure SDLC. Experience integrating automation with ServiceNow, Jenkins, and other ITSM platforms. Familiarity with code quality tools like SonarQube, ESLint, or Checkmarx. Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills. Golang programming language. Good understanding of AIOps. Working experience with JAPAN Accounts/Customer will be given preference. Preferred Technical experience and Professional certifications Experience: 8+ years in automation architecture or DevOps roles Certifications: DevOps, Security+, or equivalent preferred Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
