Caribe Sales Agencies is seeking an Automation Programmer with proven experience in Siemens PCS 7 to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical knowledge in process control systems, who can design, implement, and support automation projects across different industries.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens PCS 7 systems.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and industrial communication protocols.
• Experience in process industries (pharma, energy, manufacturing, or similar) is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and electrical diagrams.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel within Puerto Rico and the Caribbean region.

• Design, configure, and program automation solutions using Siemens PCS 7.
• Develop control logic, HMI interfaces, and system integration.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning at client sites.
• Provide technical support and documentation for delivered projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timely execution.
