SUMMARY:

Responsible for leading automation projects in Packaging and Bulk Plant operations, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and meeting all quality and compliance standards. Will oversee the complete project lifecycle, from planning to execution, working closely with integrators, engineering teams, and operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Automation, Mechanical, or related).
• Proven experience in Automation Project Management within Packaging and Bulk operations in pharmaceutical or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation platforms (PLC, HMI, SCADA).
• Experience managing contractors and integrators.
• Solid skills in schedule and budget management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)

• Manage automation projects for Packaging and Bulk Manufacturing areas.
• Lead the full project lifecycle: planning, design, implementation, testing, and handover.
• Select, negotiate, and manage automation system integrators.
• Develop and control project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Organize and lead project meetings with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
• Prepare and present project progress reports.
