If you are passionate about your craft and are driven to succeed, this could be the place for you! \n What you will get to do: Use knowledge, experience, and resourcefulness to lead and implement automation cells Develop the concept, aid in the mechanical and electrical design. Install, train the receiving plant, and provide ongoing support for the robot cell. Project lead other Integrators as a subject matter expert. Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems. Provide guidance and direction to other team members, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance. Monitor and review information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems. Develop performance indicators to increase reliability and reduce downtime. Develop contingency and disaster recovery plans. What will make you successful: Fanuc and UR robotic experience of integration, programming, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance Managing small projects / workloads involving Fanuc and UR integrations, safety upgrades on existing equipment, and retrofits. Great electrical/mechanical troubleshooting abilities Proficient in the Fanuc robotics systems (additional robotics experience in other brands is a plus) Knowledgeable in Allen Bradley PLC: Micro Logix, Compact Logix, Control Logix with RSLogix 500, 5000, Studio 5000 software Experience in creating HMI projects, making HMI changes, and additions Knowledgeable in reading and following electrical prints to diagnose and troubleshoot down equipment Willingness to travel in North America – time traveling can be up to 50%. Bachelor’s in Engineering 3-5 years experience in a similar role \n

Responsibilities

The engineer will lead and implement automation cells by developing concepts, assisting with mechanical and electrical design, installing the robot cell, training the receiving plant, and providing ongoing support. They will also act as a subject matter expert to project lead other integrators and analyze information to solve problems and improve efficiencies.
