• Collaborate with customers to understand problems and develop automation solutions
• Partner with engineers to design complete industrial automation systems or components
• Create detailed engineering drawings and lead design reviews
• Source vendor pricing and delivery timelines
• Prepare cost-effective, profitable, and realistic sales proposals
• Visit customer sites both domestically and internationally as needed
