Job Purpose: To execute and operationalize security automation projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of advanced technologies across business units. The role focuses on aligning with the Automation Head's strategic directives to enhance security efficiency and system performance JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Automation Specialist Strategic Roles and Responsibilities: Translate the Adani strategic objectives into detailed project plans for site-level and business unit implementation. Align Automation Efforts: Ensure that all project activities align with the Group Security Strategy and automation roadmap. Provide actionable insights and updates to the Leadership on the effectiveness and progress of automation initiatives at group level, and across businesses. Execute security automation projects in compliance with organizational policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements at corporate, and across different businesses. Security Technology & Automation: Implement advanced automation systems such as CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms, and other security technologies across sites. Systems Optimization: Ensure the integration and compatibility of new technologies with existing infrastructure to maximize efficiency. Regularly monitor the functionality of deployed security technologies, addressing issues promptly and escalating unresolved challenges to the Automation Head. Innovation Implementation: Identify and deploy technology innovations as directed by the Automation Head, ensuring alignment with operational needs. Project Management: Execute detailed project plans as outlined by the Automation Head, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Track and report project milestones, identifying delays or risks and recommending solutions to the Automation Head. Collaborate with internal teams, including IT and site operations, to facilitate seamless project execution. Coordinate training sessions for site teams to ensure smooth adoption and operation of deployed systems. Partner Selection & Engagement: Support the Business teams in evaluating, selecting, and onboarding technology partners by providing site-level requirements and feedback. Monitor vendor performance during project execution, escalating issues or non-compliance to the Automation Head. Maintain ongoing relationships with partners to ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards during the operational phase. Provide input to the Automation Head on partner performance for continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
