QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A tertiary qualification in IT, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in IT testing, encompassing the use of testing management products and test automation.
  • Proven ability to thrive in an Agile (Scrum) project environment.
  • Desirable knowledge of, or the capacity to quickly acquire knowledge of, Client systems and underlying technologies (e.g., Java, Siebel / Oracle Fusion, ESB, PeopleSoft, Datawarehouse/Datalake).
  • Desirable knowledge of, or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of, Microsoft SharePoint and MS Dynamics CRM application testing.
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and prepare testing documentation, including test strategies, plans, conditions, and cases, adhering to the Client System Delivery Methodology (SDM).
  • Execute testing across various System Readiness test phases: Systems Test, Systems Integration Test, Stress, Volume and Performance testing (SVP), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Manage defect resolution and release processes, including raising and monitoring defects.
  • Generate comprehensive testing reports and statistics as required.
  • Participate in formal reviews of key project artifacts (e.g., business and functional requirements) and conduct peer reviews of testing documentation.
  • Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships within the agency, and, when necessary, lead or manage work teams.
