A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTOMATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Imagine supporting a dynamic range of clients—from internal team members to external partners like OEMs and Engineers. Your role involves handling queries and challenges regarding our FactoryTalk Operation Suite Software. Can you picture yourself on a call, expertly guiding an operator through a technical issue?
Primarily, your day-to-day support will occur over the phone, but you’ll also get the chance to contribute by crafting compelling knowledge articles and tutorial videos. You might even find yourself covering shifts after hours or on weekends, lending a helping hand to our 24/7 customer base.
