Responsibilities
Ensure all product groups are taught to match and align at all levels of the process for Load Forming Logic (LFL) to create recommended pallets consistently.
Lead, coach and mentor operations, creating a customer first culture that delivers great results
Support and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion in the workplace
Adhere to, and enforce compliance with all legal obligations and requirements eg.enterprise agreements, Chain of Responsibility along with company policies and processes and DC Work Instructions
Reinforce and comply with Safety responsibilities
Build and promote a team environment focused on working collaboratively to achieve team and DC objectives
Promote safety values and implement safety, health and environment policies and systems to embed safety into the culture and ways of working
Together with the optimisation manager, identify strategic Improvements for Teach-In, to ensure operators can achieve the desired results within the station and have the ability to implement a well-informed flow on the automation.
