We’re looking for a highly motivated Analyst to help us optimize our business processes using the latest automation and technologies. Job Description

• Automate & Optimize Business Processes: Use no-/low-code tools like Make, and Retool to increase efficiency across teams. Build greenfield solutions and orchestrate multiple workflows at once.
• Identify & Resolve Operational Bottlenecks: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to spot automation opportunities and implement impactful process improvements. Use data to guide smart decisions.
• Work Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to bring automation solutions to life. We solve critical business problems with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
• Drive Projects End-to-End: Take ownership of your projects from concept to execution – and see your ideas make a real impact.
• Experiment with AI & Agentic Automation: Dive into the latest AI agents and large language models to move beyond classic RPA towards Agentic Process Automation (APA). While others are still talking, we’re already testing.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are currently pursuing a degree in technology or business with a strong tech focus, ideally at a top-tier university.
• You have a basic understanding of Python and ideally some experience with tools like Make, Retool, Miro, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• You’ve gained practical experience through internships, university projects, or personal initiatives in tech, CRM, process optimization, or similar fields.
• You’re excited about working entrepreneurially – making things more efficient and enhancing user experiences through smart, modern solutions.
• You combine attention to detail with strong analytical thinking and a clear bias for action.
• You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Experience in consulting, startups, or other fast-paced environments is a strong advantage.
