Responsibilities

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting both maintenance and operational teams by identifying, managing, and improving electrical and production automation processes. You will bring your technical expertise and collaborative mindset to help lift equipment effectiveness and operational outcomes across the site.

Proactively manage and maintain automation systems across the area.
Collaborate closely with operations teams to support electrical safety, effective flow control, and production optimisation.
Recommend and implement electrical and mechanical improvements by partnering with internal and external stakeholders on various site projects.
Act as a mentor to others in the electrical team, sharing your knowledge and helping build capability to resolve complex electrical issues.
Carry out tasks in line with defined standards and in compliance with all relevant quality, environmental, legislative and regulatory requirements.
