• Perform robotic programming and support production runs by troubleshooting technical issues.
• Train team members on assembly machines, robotic systems, and equipment set-ups.
• Carry out mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs on production and support equipment.
• Execute and improve preventative maintenance plans (daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual).
• Prepare and set up equipment for scheduled production runs.
• Re-calibrate molding machinery as part of the preventative maintenance program.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform unscheduled repairs to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, electrical/hydraulic prints, and work orders to execute precise maintenance tasks.
