Job Description:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot automation equipment including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, drives, and control panels.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control drawings.
Program and modify PLC systems (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron, etc.).
Support and troubleshoot process control systems (temperature, pressure, flow, level, etc.).
Assist in the design and implementation of new automation projects and upgrades.
Perform regular maintenance and calibration of instrumentation and control systems.
Ensure electrical systems comply with relevant codes and safety standards.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and improve system performance.
Maintain accurate documentation of systems, programs, changes, and maintenance activities.
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Graduate of technical/vocational, engineering or engineering-related course.
Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed.
With experience in process controls, electrical systems, PLC programming, and industrial automation.
