- Hands-on experience in test automation development using Robot Framework or similar keyword driven frameworks/tools. - Demonstrable experience automating GUI, API, and database tests; experience automating API, DB, and SSH interfaces. - Working knowledge of Python and ability to write clean, maintainable test scripts. - Practical experience testing medium-to-large applications or integrated systems. - Solid understanding of core testing methodologies (functional, regression, API testing) and experience running regression suites. - Experience with defect management tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and basic familiarity with version control (Git). - Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to understand and empathize with customers' needs and expectations.
