Join a specialist engineering team delivering software solutions for Australian Defence communications projects.

We're looking for a Senior Test Engineer who can bring strong automation skills, sound testing practices, and a practical approach to solving complex technical problems.

You'll work across functional, regression and integration testing while helping drive the team's automation capability.

Responsibilities

• Designing and executing manual and automated testing.
• Developing automation frameworks using Squish, Selenium or similar.
• Scripting in Python, C++ and/or Ruby.
• Working with Jenkins and GitHub within CI/CD environments.
• Using JIRA, Zephyr or similar test management platforms.
• Testing within Linux environments.
• Working collaboratively with developers, systems engineers and other technical teams.
• Analysing issues and communicating practical solutions.

About You

• Proven experience in software test automation, including developing and maintaining automated test frameworks
• Strong Linux experience.
• Current NV1 security clearance
• Experience with languages such as C++, Python and Ruby
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a technical team
