🏢 Interview: Face-to-Face (F2F) RequiredWe are looking for an experienced Test Automation Lead with 14+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, test strategy, and automation framework development.🔹 Key Responsibilities & Skills:Lead end-to-end test automation initiatives and QA strategy.
Design and develop scalable automation frameworks.
Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Pytest, and Robot Framework.
Experience with API testing and automation.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
Drive quality governance, test coverage, and continuous improvement.
Lead and mentor QA/Test Automation teams.
Strong Agile, DevOps, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Help improve release quality and reduce release cycles.
🔹 Ideal Candidate:14+ years of experience in QA/Test Automation.
Strong technical leadership and framework development experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Must be comfortable with a hybrid role in Montreal.
F2F interview is required.
