More about KMS Technology: Website: https://kms-technology.com LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/kms-technology Job Description Oversee the day-to-day operations, provide status updates, manage resource allocation effectively following a staffing plan, connect with ITPMs independently and client’s stakeholder interaction for the Squad(s). Coordinate with related departments/stakeholders to unblock blockers (accounts, access…) Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address any testing-related issues or concerns. Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to understand project requirements and provide input on testability. Perform thorough analysis of product specifications to create comprehensive test plans and strategies. Mentor and guide junior members of the test automation team, sharing best practices and knowledge. Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to verify the functionality, performance, and security of software applications. Execute automated test suites and analyze test results, identifying defects and areas for improvement. Take ownership of the test automation process, continually optimizing and enhancing automated testing practices. Qualifications General requirements: Willingness and ability to travel to Malaysia frequently for on-site work and client engagements Fluent in English, have experience in working directly with global clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact directly with clients and internal teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Technical requirements: Having 8+ years of professional experience in test automation. Experience with mobile automation testing is a must-have Have 1+ year of experience in Katalon Studio Proven expertise in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks Strong programming skills (Groovy, Java, Python) Experience with CI/CD pipelines Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies Having experience/knowledge of Banking industry is a plus Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Selenium) are a bonus.
