Automation Tester - Data Lake

Skills required:

• Strong analytical, design, and coding skills using programming languages, such as Typescript/JavaScript
• Experience in QA Testing of Data Lakes and related integrations with Data Lake
• Experience in Automation around Data Lake testing is preferred.
• Strong experience with Database/SQL
• Strong experience in test automation frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, etc
• Should have good Knowledge of BigQuery/GCP
• Good understanding of continuous integration (CI) tools like Jenkins, Azure   
• Good understanding of source code management tools like GIT 
• Good understanding of the development life cycle of the software
• Good aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends
• Accuracy and attention to dat

• Having Excellent Communication skills, to directly interact with the client team or Business teams
• Understand the use of the software as per the business specifications
• Conduct manual & automation testing of UI applications.
• Support project teams in the end-to-end system integration test
• Analyze requirements and create new test cases.
• Maintain existing test suites (manual & automation)
• Designing manual and automated test procedures to evaluate each software product
• Running test programs to ensure that testing protocols evaluate the software correctly
• Create a Summary report for each test procedure
• Defect Tracking
• Communicating with the project team regularly
• Presenting test reports to management and suggesting software fixes
• Identifying end-to-end scenarios and code modularity
