We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Automotive BDC Representative to join our growing Business Development Center team. In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, playing a crucial part in our sales and service success. You'll use your excellent communication skills to engage with potential customers, nurture leads, and schedule appointments that drive traffic to our showroom and service bays. What You'll Do: Be a Customer Champion: Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and online chat. Build Relationships: Nurture leads by providing detailed information about our vehicles, services, and current promotions. Appointment Setter Extraordinaire: Strategically schedule sales and service appointments for our dealership, ensuring a seamless transition for the customer. Follow-Up Pro: Conduct diligent follow-up calls and communications with leads who haven't yet visited, as well as "no-show" appointments, to reschedule and re-engage. CRM Master: Accurately log all customer interactions, information, and notes into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Team Player: Collaborate closely with our Sales and Service departments to ensure customer needs are met and appointments are successfully kept. Meet & Exceed Goals: Strive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for appointments set, attendance rates, and customer satisfaction. Previous experience in a customer service, telemarketing, call center, or BDC role (automotive experience highly preferred). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor. Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs. Proficiency with computers and experience using CRM software (e.g., Tekion, eLeads, DealerSocket, VinSolutions, Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed. Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Can work a full time position that requires the flexibility to work rotating schedules with rotating Saturdays
