Vern Eide Acura is hiring a motivated Automotive Accelerated Technician who wants to learn about fixing cars. We have a great team to help train the right candidate. Qualities we are looking for are dependability, willingness to learn, fun-loving, and being a team player. Experience is not required, but a plus! Top pay for applicants with the right attitude and strong work ethic!! This is a part-time position that pays $17/ hour. Automotive Accelerated Technicians’ Duties: Mechanical inspections of automobiles, changing fluids, and rotating tires Communicating clearly and efficiently with coworkers and the service advisor Creating videos that show the customer's final inspection details Other mechanically related repairs Keeps a clean shop area and handles tools safely and respectfully. Qualifications: Experience preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a drug screen and background check. Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment. Good communication skills.
