We are looking for an organized, energetic, and precise individual to be the backbone of our sales team, ensuring deals are funded quickly and accurately. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Process vehicle deals and bank paperwork promptly, ensuring compliance with all company policies and state regulations. Post new and used vehicle sales into our accounting system. Verify vehicle costs, gross profit, and commission payouts for Sales Associates. Monitor contract-in-transit (CIT) and manage incoming funds from financial institutions. Handle warranty cancellations and submissions. Reconcile schedules and assist with month-end closing activities. Requirements What We're Looking For: Previous experience in automotive dealership accounting is highly preferred. Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. Proficient with MS Excel/Word and experience with dealer management systems (DMS).
