What You’ll Do Deliver accurate and timely financial statements for multiple dealerships Provide high-level financial analysis to support executive decision-making Oversee reconciliations for manufacturer statements, incentives, rebates, floor plans, warranty claims, and receivables Manage cash flow, contracts in transit, and receivables Ensure compliance and accuracy across the general ledger and internal controls Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 20–22 accounting professionals Partner with executive leadership to align financial goals with operational performance What We’re Looking For Proven success as an Automotive Controller in a dealership or dealer group (required) Deep knowledge of dealership accounting, manufacturer reporting, and compliance standards Strong leadership skills and experience managing a large team Excellent communication and collaboration skills with executives and staff Proficiency with dealership accounting systems (DMS experience preferred) Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume automotive retail environment Why Join Larson Automotive Group? Requirements Prior experience in retail automotive dealership accounting management is required. Strong understanding of dealership financial statements, general ledger accounting, and manufacturer reporting. Experience managing cash flow, floor plan reconciliation, and tax computations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor staff. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in accounting software and dealership management systems (DMS). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
