Watsonville Auto Group is now seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk!
We are looking for a full-time automotive Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to work well under pressure, strong attention to detail, self-motivated, with a desire to learn.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in automotive field preferred
  • Experience with CDK software preferred
  • Previous automotive accounts payable experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Computer literate to include working with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience working with office equipment such as copier, mail machine, adding machine
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check

Responsibilities:

  • Process all invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Schedule and execute payments in a timely manner
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions
  • Process accounts payable reports to department heads
  • Perform other accounting functions as required

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
