JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Accounting team.

• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles.
• Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Familiarity with CDK accounting software.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner. tr
• Perform data entry tasks to update financial records and generate reports as needed.
• Utilize CDK accounting software.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and account discrepancies.
• Support month-end closing processes by reconciling accounts and preparing necessary documentation.
