We're currently looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in accounts receivable, collections, cash handling, and account reconciliation. Pay Scale: Base hourly rate ranges between $22.00 - $27.00 per hour What You'll Do As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you'll play a key role in maintaining the financial accuracy of our dealership by managing customer accounts, processing payments, and supporting the accounting team. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Process and post customer payments accurately and timely Maintain customer accounts and accounts receivable aging Perform collections on past-due accounts while maintaining positive customer relationships Match customer receipts to final invoices using supporting documentation Reconcile accounts receivable balances and resolve discrepancies Prepare monthly statements, invoices, and credit memos Communicate professionally with customers regarding account status Reconcile and prepare daily bank deposits Review, code, and process vendor invoices using three-way matching Audit and process company credit card statements and expense reports Maintain organized customer files and accounting records Assist with additional accounting projects and administrative duties as assigned What We're Looking For 2-4 years of Accounts Receivable experience Experience with collections, reconciliations, and cash handling Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong computer proficiency and accounting system experience Professional, dependable, and customer-focused Preferred Qualifications Automotive dealership accounting experience CDK experience ++++++ Additional accounting or bookkeeping experience Our Total Rewards At Future Automotive Group, we believe great employees deserve more than just a paycheck.
