Job Description We're looking for an experienced Aftermarket professional to drive the performance of our aftercare products across 5 Dutton Automotive dealerships throughout NSW (Chatswood, Brookvale, Caringbah, Marrickville, Alexandria). In this regional role, you'll work closely with Sales Managers, Aftermarket Managers and dealership teams to increase aftermarket product penetration, improve customer outcomes, and maximise dealership profitability. Rather than managing a team directly, you'll influence, coach and support dealership teams by identifying opportunities, analysing performance, implementing strategies and sharing best practice across multiple locations. This is a hands-on, performance-focused role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, working across different dealership environments and making a measurable commercial impact. You'll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, drive initiatives and help shape the ongoing success of Dutton's aftermarket operations. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll have: Experience in aftermarket, aftercare or automotive finance within a dealership environment. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving aftermarket performance. The ability to coach, influence and motivate dealership teams to deliver outstanding results. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret performance data and identify growth opportunities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working across multiple stakeholders. Exceptional organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise across multiple dealership locations. A current Australian driver's licence and the flexibility to travel regularly between our NSW dealerships. A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service. You'll also need to: Successfully complete a police check. Have full Australian working rights. Additional Information What we offer: Competitive base salary with uncapped commission. Realistic On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $150,000–$220,000+ Fuel support to assist with regular travel across our NSW dealership network.
