• Saturday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

A day in the life…

• Answer incoming phone calls and e-mails to the service department.
• Book appointments and e-services or call as needed.
• Seamless coordinating and managing customer appointments.
• Handling customer service requests and concerns.
• Ensure parts are ordered for reservations
• Assist service reception with customer pick-ups and cash-outs
• Demonstrate high accuracy, sound judgment, and attention to detail.

What we look for…

• CDK experience is an asset.
• Previous experience in customer service or appointment coordination, preferably in the automotive industry.
• A positive can-do attitude!
