POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Lube Technician/Apprentice is responsible for diligently performing oil changes, tire rotations, as well as servicing customer vehicles (based on ability and experience) to ensure both customer safety and satisfaction while contributing to overall departmental success.
An Apprentice upholds the dealerships’ standards and values so that the customer is fully satisfied through every interaction with the service department. As a team player, the Apprentice fosters positive relationships with personnel in all areas of the dealership.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong work ethic

• experience working on all makes and models an asset
• a self-starter, someone that can take the initiative to complete assigned tasks

• reliable and trustworthy
• punctual

REQUIREMENTS:

• A valid ON driver’s licence (G or G2)
• Flexibility to work some evenings and Saturday’s (on a rotation basis)
