REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within an automotive production or assembly environment
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Automotive Assembler Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team on the production line, ensuring assembly targets are met to the highest quality standards. You will manage day-to-day operations, monitor performance, and ensure that health and safety procedures are followed at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and support a team of automotive assemblers on the production line
• Ensure daily production targets are met efficiently and safely
• Monitor quality standards and implement improvements where needed
• Provide training, support, and performance feedback to team members
• Coordinate workflow and liaise with other departments as necessary
