OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, Agriculture Tires and Passenger and Light truck exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as a mechanic or in automotive repair and tire knowledge is required
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
  • Proficiency in cash handling procedures
  • Sales experience with a focus on upselling services and products
  • Solid mechanical knowledge to oversee repair processes effectively
  • Experience working in a dealership setting is a plus
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

  • Oversee the daily operations of the automotive mechanical and tire service department
  • Manage a team of mechanics tire techs and service advisors
  • Ensure quality and timely completion of automotive repairs
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
  • Utilize sales techniques to upsell services and products
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area
  • Collaborate with dealership management to meet service department goals
