Description
REQUIREMENTS:
Process and oversee payroll for multiple dealership locations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies and government regulations.
Maintain and update payroll records including wages, tax withholdings, benefits, and other employee compensation data.
Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local labor laws, including timely tax calculations, filings, and government reporting.
Coordinate with Human Resources to administer benefit programs, ensuring correct deductions and contributions are reflected in payroll.
Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and managers, delivering exceptional service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Payroll Accuracy Rate: Achieve and maintain a high percentage of error-free pay runs and tax submissions.
Timeliness of Payroll Processing: Ensure all payroll cycles are processed within established deadlines.
Compliance Audit Results: Meet or exceed standards in internal and external audits by adhering to all relevant payroll laws and policies.
