Follow dealership processes, including write up, dispatch, multi point inspection and active delivery. Display and train exceptional customer service in person, via email or phone. Resolve client complaints and concerns as needed. Achieve CSI, Hrs/RO and ELR objectives. Ensure staff maintain a safe working environment. Maintain shop special tools and equipment and return when jobs are completed Requirements: Valid driver’s license in good standing Ensures that customer vehicles are kept clean and undamaged Ability to identify problems quickly Ability to learn new technology, repairs and service procedures and specifications Lead the department in the Leta for Life Way.
