Wright Rd, Eagle, MI 48822 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Pay Range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually + bonus opportunities Keusch Auto is seeking an experienced Automotive Assistant Service Manager to join our team in Eagle, MI. This position acts as the bridge between customers, technicians, and the Service Manager—ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and shop performance goals are met. What You’ll Do Be the main contact for customers—explain repairs, costs, and timelines. Assist the Service Manager with scheduling and workflow. Required Qualifications 3+ years of leadership experience in a retail and/or automotive service environment. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check. High School Diploma or GED.
