The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the daily operations of our service center, ensuring high standards of customer service, and supporting the Service Center Manager in various administrative and operational tasks. Benefits Include: Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) Paid vacation and holidays Matching 401(k) Paid on-the-job training Leadership development and coaching Tuition reimbursement including technical certifications Safety shoes offered through the company What You’ll Do: Supervise and mentor all service technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service Provide service training to new technicians and customer service representatives to ensure they are well-equipped to perform their duties Assist the Service Center Manager in finding effective solutions for customer service issues, ensuring customer satisfaction Manage inventory, scheduling, and payroll as key business elements of the service center Open and/or close the service center under the specific direction of the Service Center Manager Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as same-store sales growth, labor, product costs, and expenses. Take corrective action when required Support operational goals across the company, including profit, cost of goods, labor, service failures, and safety Perform audits to ensure in-store teams are following processes to a high level of excellence Required Qualifications: Proven experience in automotive service management or a related field High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation to and from work Have effective interpersonal, oral communication skills Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages A Mission with a Company – Join Us Today!
