We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center (BDC) and enhance customer engagement, lead generation, and overall sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and motivate the BDC team to achieve performance targets. Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies to drive sales and service appointments. Monitor and analyze BDC performance metrics, ensuring optimal efficiency and customer engagement. Collaborate with the sales and service departments to align BDC operations with dealership goals. Implement and manage CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication. Develop scripts, training materials, and processes to enhance team performance. Maintain knowledge of dealership promotions, inventory, and services to effectively communicate with customers. Handle escalated customer concerns and inquiries as needed. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve BDC operations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead management, and digital marketing. Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and fostering teamwork. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software.
