As the BDC Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the BDC team. Your role will focus on overseeing the customer communication process, ensuring that our team is effectively following up with leads, scheduling appointments, and enhancing the customer journey. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Business Development Center (BDC) team to achieve performance goals, including lead generation, appointment setting, and customer follow-up. Ensure that BDC agents consistently meet or exceed their call and lead conversion targets. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports to assess performance metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions when needed. Develop and execute strategies for improving lead management, customer engagement, and follow-up. Provide coaching, training, and support to BDC agents to enhance their performance and professional development. Oversee and track the effectiveness of all BDC communications, including phone calls, emails, and text messaging. Collaborate with the sales departments to ensure smooth communication and seamless transitions for customers. Manage the customer database, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to appointments or sales. Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and overall dealership growth. Qualifications: Previous experience in a BDC, sales, or automotive environment (preferred). Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of customer service.
