Family Hyundai has an immediate opening for an experienced automotive Business Development Center/Internet Manager with a proven track record of success.
The right candidate must meet the following criteria to be considered for employment:
· Top-notch performer, able to hire, train and manage
· CRM and DMS knowledge and experience
· Ability to work with Microsoft Office products
· Have good phone skills with the ability to follow structured call scripts, processes, and procedures
· Be highly organized and have a strong ability to provide detailed reporting and meet deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous automotive dealer BDC/Internet Manager experience
  • Superior communication skills, both oral and written

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to high scores for the manufacturer’s custom satisfaction index (CSI).
  • Source and manage third party lead providers.
  • Create, measure and maintain the internet business development process.
  • Collect and analyze metrics/reports.
  • Inventory pricing assistance. Manage photos and descriptions of inventory on website.
  • Be able to respond to email inquiries in well-spoken professional manner.
  • Train and motivate BDC representatives.
  • Have the ability to create and maintain a process driven work environment.
  • Work closely with other department managers and GM.
