Position Overview – Business Development Representative (BDC Rep) As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your job is to engage leads, schedule appointments, and provide a top-tier experience through phone, text, and email outreach. Your efforts will directly support our sales team and drive showroom traffic. Key Responsibilities: Respond quickly to online leads and phone inquiries Initiate outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule and confirm sales appointments Build rapport and maintain communication with potential customers Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer engagement Learn and apply scripts, techniques, and processes that lead to successful appointments Follow up with leads that have not yet visited or purchased Requirements What We’re Looking For – Required Qualifications: Sales experience, call center experience, inside sales experience required Prior BDC experience a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong multitasking and organizational skills Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Proficient computer and typing skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work nights and Saturdays Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour based on experience.
