Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented BDM Assistant to support our Business Development team in a fast-paced automotive environment. What You’ll Do: Assist the Business Development Manager with daily operations Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and internet leads Schedule appointments for the sales team Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and maintain engagement Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems Support lead management and ensure timely responses Work closely with sales and service teams to drive customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable using computers and CRM systems Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Authorized to work in the United States Previous automotive or call center experience is a plus, but not required
