Come grow with us and be part of the excitement! Key Responsibilities Ensure accurate billing of retail and wholesale vehicle sales. Post all sales and cost of sales transactions to the general ledger. Verify the completeness of all necessary documentation in sales deals. Process time-sensitive contracts and related vehicle sales documentation with precision. Handle lien payoffs for trade-ins efficiently. Verify and calculate sales commissions. Review and maintain schedules related to billing activities. Ensure accurate calculation and verification of sales tax. Collaborate closely with sales and finance departments. Conduct audits on car deals to ensure compliance with company policies. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Proven experience in automotive billing is required. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., DMS, Tekion, MS Excel).
