Qualifications

  • 1+ year of automotive office experience; automotive billing experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with dealership management systems preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and professional skills to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and staff
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage confidential information appropriately
  • Excellent data entry, management, and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy
  • Dependable, professional, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to improve
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check, MVR check, and drug scree
Responsibilities
  • Accurately process and bill all vehicle sales, ensuring all documentation is complete and correct
  • Calculate sales commissions, dealer profits, and set up receivables and liabilities
  • Research and resolve discrepancies or issues related to the billing process, collaborating with sales and finance teams as needed
  • Maintain organized billing records in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements
  • Reconcile dealer reserve statements and product submissions to ensure accuracy and timely posting
  • Provide support to the accounting and finance departments with related administrative tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support dealership operations
