We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, specializing in automotive painting and restoration. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience using power tools, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in automotive painting or related fields is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
• Familiarity with auto body repair techniques and processes.
• Experience in auto estimating is a plus.
• Ability to weld is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of buffing techniques and auto glass installation is beneficial.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Apply paint using airless paint spraying techniques and other methods.
• Perform auto body repair tasks as needed to ensure a smooth finish.
• Utilize power tools effectively for various painting and repair tasks.
• Conduct buffing and polishing of painted surfaces to achieve desired results.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences.
• Assist in auto restoration projects, ensuring attention to detail throughout the process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
