POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Bodyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle body repairs, panel replacement, and frame alignment, with a focus on precision and quality.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as an Automotive Bodyman / Collision Repair Technician.
• Proficiency with body repair tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of ICBC repair standards is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

• Repair and replace damaged vehicle panels and frames.
• Perform body filler application, sanding, and surface preparation.
• Straighten frames and structural components using proper equipment.
• Align vehicle components and ensure proper fit and finish.
• Work closely with the painting team to prepare vehicles for refinishing.
• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
