Responsibilities

The Branch Manager will be responsible for all operations and staff management at our Purley-on-Thames automotive tyre centre. This will involve but not limited to:

  • ensuring branch budget is achieved
  • line management of reporting staff
  • dealing with customer enquires in person, over the phone and online
  • ensuring branch targets are communicated and achieved
  • monitoring and managing stock levels
  • hands-on workshop role if and when required
  • interview, induct and engage all new staff

Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00 and Saturday 08:30 - 17:00. One rota day off during the week for three out of four weeks and one Saturday off one week in four. No Sunday working.
